We would like this to be as easy as possible and for our 7. anniversary, we created our loyalty program “We are moKee”. This is our way of saying thank you.

So how does it work? For each purchase made in our virtual store, you receive points. Points can be redeemed on your next purchases. For 10 euros spent, you receive 10 points.

But this is only the beginning. You will receive 100 points as a gift when you create your account and if you follow our account on social networks like Facebook or Instagram, you will receive 100 additional points. The game is worth the effort, because in addition to the points accumulated, each month you will receive an article about parenting (no spam, promise!).

At moKee we love sharing, so if you refer your friends, they will receive a €10 discount as a gift (applicable to all orders over €250) and you will receive 500 points credited to your loyalty account . You can sponsor an unlimited number of your friends or relatives. The more friends you refer, the more you receive!

To summarize, points are awarded as follows:

— 100 points for creating an account,

— 100 points for subscribing to the moKee account on Instagram

— 100 points for subscribing to the moKee account on Facebook,

— 500 for referral to a friend (points are added to your account when your guest validates their order and their order is shipped)

— 10 points for every 10 euros spent in our store

The 100 points are worth €1 which you can use on your next purchase. Simply add your products to the cart, then use the item during checkout.

Terms and conditions of the loyalty program “We are moKee”  

1. We are moKee is a loyalty program created to reward customers for online purchases from the moKee store and customers who refer new customers.
2. The program begins on November 23, 2020.
3. Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. Beyond this period, points will be deleted without notice by the MoKee brand.
4. moKee reserves the right to impose the prior use of points. Customers will be informed of the points reset at least 14 days in advance.
5. Points can be used as partial or full payment for any purchase at moKee.
6. Points can only be used for online purchases and cannot be exchanged for credit or cash.
7. Points for customers who refer new moKee customers will be awarded, once the new customer's order has been validated. The moKee brand reserves the right to withdraw points if the order is canceled or returned.
8. If only a few items are returned, loyalty points will be deducted based on the value of the returned goods.
9. To check point balance and reward history, customers must log in to their account on the moKee website.
10. Points are awarded only for online purchases to customers who have logged into their account to place their order.
11. Commercial customers and contractors are not eligible for the We are moKee loyalty program and are excluded from participation. The program is only available to private customers.
12. The moKee brand reserves the right to disqualify any person who, in its opinion, tampers with or defrauds the operation of the loyalty program or who acts in violation of these terms and conditions.
13. The moKee brand reserves the right to modify the general conditions for awarding points at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via website and email notification.
14. The moKee brand reserves the right to terminate the We are moKee loyalty program at any time. In this case, the moKee brand will inform its customers at least 14 days in advance and ask them to use their points within a specific time.
